Professor Moshe Gold will lecture on " "Mourning and French Triangles: Shakespeare's Hamlet in Joyce's Ulysses, " on Wednesday, February 12 at 4:00 p.m. in Cushing Library. Gold, assistant Professor at Fordham University, has recently published "Ethical Practice in Critical Discourse: Conversions and Disruptions in Legal, Religious Narratives" in Representations (1999); "A Proverbial Tale of Tree or Stone: Joyce's rewriting of Plato's reminders, "Joyce Studies Annual (2000); "Reviewing the Linguistic Turn in Hermeneutic Philosophy," Criticism (2001). He has forthcoming essays in James Joyce Quarterly and ELH.
